What is NASM - CPTNASM stands for the National Academy of Sports Medicine. CPT stands for Certified Personal Trainer. NASM certifications are the most sought after in the personal trainer industry, as its systems and methodologies represent the “gold standard” in fitness. In fact, the organization’s certifications require the most comprehensive knowledge of human movement science, functional anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, as well as functional assessment and program design. NASM solution-focused certifications create trainers who enhance the performance and knowledge of their fitness staff, provide a consistent training experience, and help reduce injuries. In addition to its leading fitness certification program, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM also offers premier advanced specializations including Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). NASM also offers more than 20 continuing education courses in a variety of disciplines and a myriad of solutions including fitness education partnerships and professional consulting. NASM provides certification programs for entry-level and advanced practitioners in the sports medicine, performance enhancement and health and fitness industries. The NASM-CPT certification is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).

Do you offer refunds? As we understand there is alway the possibility that you may have purchased a plan by mistake, therefore we DO offer refunds before the initial consultation has taken place. Once the initial consultation has taken place and you have communicated with us, we will no longer process refunds. If you have purchased more than one month of programming we will refund any upcoming months so long as that month has not started and you have not been provided with the programming for that month.

If I purchase a Level Two or Three plan how will we communicate? When you sign up for any plan with Elite Animal Fitness the first thing you will receive are some questionaires via email. If your answers to the questionaires are satisfactory, we may complete the initial consultation via email. If there is any ambiguity or concern based on your questionaire responses we may request to speak with you via phone call or web based call. For the weekly communication that we provide for Level Two and Level Three clients, that will be completed in the way that best suits each individual client (may include email, phone call, text message, video conference call, etc).

Do you guarentee results?Unfortunately we cannot guarentee results. That being said we do believe that we provide our clients with programming that will result in the positive changes that they are searching for, however it is ultimately up to the client to follow the program consistently to get the desired results. Since we cannot confirm that a client is following the program as it is written we cannot guarentee their success.

Do I need a gym membership?A gym membership is not required when we are designing a program, but in some cases it is recommended, specifically for clients who are looking to gain muscle and also for those who are looking for sports specific performance training. We want to help you get the most out of your training therefore a gym membership or a full set of equipment will only benefit you. That being said we are completely aware that it is not always an option, therefore we have the ability to design workouts that can be done in your own home, so long as you have a safe and spacious enough area to workout. Also note if you do not have a gym membership or full set of equipment we may ask that you purchase a few items down the road such as a jump rope, dumbells, resistance bands etc. to help maximize your training results.
